This one-of-a-kind (artistic flair) tiny home was built for a chemically sensitive/fragrance free person in 2020. The Tiny Home is charming and completely healthy! It has a loft bedroom, kitchenette, living area, and 1 bath. It has a 2 burner induction stove top, small fridge, hot water on demand, and dish drying rack. There are 2 tall cabinets with shelves and drawers for additional storage.

It sits near South Mountain on an acre in Phoenix. Very quiet area. My home is also located on this property and this tiny home is situated on the back of the property. It has a window AC unit built in the loft area. It is heated with a space heater in winter. No plumbing in the walls so no worries about undetected leaks creating mold.

Looking for someone who is quiet, a non-smoker, willing to not use synthetic fragranced products or chemical cleaners, no parties or dogs. However, you need to be OK with dogs, as I have 2 standard poodles who roam the back fenced in area.

I have lived in this casita for the last 9 months. It is a great little house for MCS/ Canary folk who seek to continue their healing journey. It is built with MCS-friendly materials and has exposed pipes and stainless steel counter-tops! No mold here! I love that it is located at the base of a Mountain! It is quiet and peaceful. I regularly hear Coyotes and Owls at night, and there is lots of birdsong during the day! Daniele, who is the property owner, is a super-great landlady, friendly and kind! .PS. Prospective tenants should know that my mold sensitivities are extreme and chemicals are moderate, so during the time I lived here, I did use an all-purpose Seventh Generation cleaner containing thyme and citrus essential oils.
