We have a great acre at the base of South Mountain in Phoenix, AZ, with safe spots to park your small RV (nothing over 32ft preferred) or van. Spots in the back of lot is extra private, quiet, and secure. One driveway spot for short term. Security cameras on site. We are open to short term OR long term guest(s) OR just storage.

Short term driveway space is $30 a night without hook ups (maybe you could hook up to 110Amp or 30A and water for an extra cost).

Rate for just storage depends on the vehicle and length of storing.

One person rate for monthly stays for back spot is $625 Oct 1 - April 30, plus electric. OR $725 May 1 - Sept 30 for one person plus electric. Hook ups that are included in hook up rate are water, sewer, trash/recycling, WiFi (can be spotty sometimes due to Mountain), and off-street parking for 1 additional vehicle.

Signed month-to-month lease, proof of RV and car insurance, and $625 refundable deposit required for monthly stay (refundable if you clean up after yourself, no damage, and electric is paid).

Looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, honest, communicative, non-smoker, and someone who is environmentally friendly and will recycle and will not use synthetic fragranced personal products or chemical cleaners (for medical reasons this is a must). You also need to be understanding and cool with our 2 standard poodles who roam around the back fenced area. No parties! You can have an indoor cat, however we do get coyotes and another RV tenant has lost their cat to wild life.
