-Organic food easily available from all nearby supermarkets.
-REMA home deliver organic groceries
-No airfreshers in property
-No essential oils in property
-No pesticides / insecticides used in / around property
-Bed sheets/ towels not fragranced !!
-Good doors & windows for airing
-old fashioned furniture (no MDF!)
-Beach 200m (if physically disabled beach is flat to get onto & very close to property)
-Forest 200m
-Bus stop 600m away
-Washing line area outside
-Wifi router can be switched off
-No smart meter
-Good distance from neighbours
-Well equipped kitchen
-Butterflies, bees , birds and toads in the beautiful garden
-Carpets not fragranced
-Host has personal products laying around property many are labeled fragrance free or organic label
-Quiet location
❗️Negatives
-High EMF
-Smart TV
-Solar panel on front wall by front door (high EMF)
-If it gets cold there are no ordinary heaters on walls / heating system/ fireplace (there is a fancy solar operated wall heater but high in EMF)
-Lots of wires everywhere( dirty electricity)
-Essential oils (thankfully not actually out) but packed away in hosts personal area
-Toilet has hosts personal products we had to cover up with tinfoil
