Payment

Full payment and a signed lease are required. Your signed lease must be received within 24 hours of booking. Payment can be made by personal check or credit card. Tenants pay all credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc.

Short and long term stays are available. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive days or more. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.

We use and provide only non-toxic, ‘green’ cleaning product, toiletries and recycled paper products; we also recycle and offer (optional) composting for extended stays.
