Private bedroom and bathroom available in unfurnished chemical-free / fragrance-free house in Wilmington, NC. The house is 15-20 minutes from major grocery stores, the beach, and downtown area. There has not been any paint on the walls in at least 2.5 years and no chemicals used in that time either. I only use white vinegar, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide for cleaning/laundry. I am experimenting with Cove non-scented Castile soap but it's not 100% good for me yet. There was a leak/mold situation this past summer that was cleaned with white vinegar and then painted with ECOS non toxic paint under the kitchen sink (I was reacting to the mold before it was fixed but have been fine since). The household is also gluten-/dairy-/soy-free due to severe allergies. Beyond that, there is no Smart Meter on the house and I prefer turning the Wifi off at night. Rent is $800/month plus utilities/general house upkeep and $800 security deposit to landlord. No pets 🙁 Feel free to message with any questions!

I am a senior citizen now.one son in a Charlestin and the other in Macon GA where I live now. This duplex is making me sick and now a test shows mold.
