Fifty-something professional man, chemically sensitive, looking for long-term housing. Currently in San Francisco Bay Area but willing to relocate. Can pay market rates for housing. Ideally would live alone but would consider share if it has a private bathroom.
Other considerations:
• no carpet or new vinyl - hardwood flooring or tile is best
• non-forced air heat
• no mold
• a minimum of unsealed/unpainted wood
• willing to replace w/d with new if current ones have ever seen fragrance
