The space
850 sq-ft single level home with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry/utility room. House has three exits to the backyard/patio. (Please note the exterior door in kitchen is only 24”)

We pride our home as being non-toxic and chemical free. Not only for our own health, but for the health and safety of everyone who stays here! However, we do rely on everyone’s cooperation to please refrain from using any perfume, cologne, or any type of chemical or artificial fragrance in the house. We have provided all approved/safe cleaning supplies for you to use while staying in our home, but if you find yourself missing something don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us.

Our home is also sustainable/low waste. We do our best to avoid plastic/single use products. So please provide your own toothbrushes, toothpaste, personal care products, etc… to help us cut down on waste produced by the house. The house is minutes away from CVS (.3 miles) and Winn-Dixie (.4 miles) in case you have forgotten anything.

Guest access
The entire house and fenced in yard is yours to enjoy. You will have a covered carport area and one front entryway door. You’ll be given a code to the smart lock, which will be your private code for your stay. The front half of the shed (ONLY prohibited from the locked area in the back!) is for your use. Please keep all beach chairs/outdoor recreational devices (such as bikes or scooters) in the shed to keep sand dirt and contaminants out of the house. If the patio is missing furniture it will be in the shed (in case of bad weather) you’re welcome to take it out.

We have four beach chairs available for your use located in the shed in the backyard.
