This building is on Crescent St, which is right near Smith College. This means, I assume the EMFs are very high. I used to live in that neighborhood back in the 90s, it is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Northampton.
If anyone needs a drive-by and/or EMF meter reading, I could help out. I currently live about 20 minutes from there, and ironically need to go do an EMF reading for a friend right near there. I have a Safe & Sound Pro II.
Smart meters may also be an issue.
And then there’s the shared laundry with the building next door; is that building scent-free, too?
Lastly, this Pioneer Valley has very bad air quality. I moved from Boston to Northampton in 1992 and got sick, had no idea why until years later. That said, we do have many MCSers here, go figure. Culturally it has a lot to offer.
