What are the chances I can find a compatible roommate who can afford probably $1,400 a month for shared housing? And how long might it take to find this magical person who has no pets and will comply with natural cleaners, no shoes inside, and fragrance free?

I found a 1900 house in which I healed from mold allergy and bacterial lung infection. Even my MCS has gone into remission. The bricks and plaster breathe, and it has a healthy biome, unfinished attic and dry basement. I bought it (from my ex) and fully rehabbed it using super low VOCs, etc.

I need a roommate who wants three private bedrooms upstairs, share downstairs kitchen with 2-seater table, basement laundry/storage, yard, parking and 1.5 baths. I will have my Tai Chi/Yoga studio downstairs in my private closed off living room/dining room), with occasional guests that would not go upstairs (where the full bath is).

I work online a lot, need quiet downstairs when I am recording, and also travel to a second apartment two nights a week for work with veterans.

The expenses are high, so I can't afford it alone. It's the cost of two two bedroom apartments.
