I have a basement studio apartment for rent with kitchenette and full bath. It is an MCS, EHS and mold safer space. The unit is fully furnished with non-toxic furnishings. There is a washer and dryer available in the basement which have never had laundry products with fragrance used in them, which would be shared with another fragrance-free renter. I also have a Heavenly Heat sauna (traditional) available in the basement for renter's use. There is hard-wired internet available and no WiFi in the home. The basement has a Water Trek drainage system so it stays very dry. A recent mold inspection with air testing indicated all three floors of my home were found to be low in mold (can provide documents of inspection).
